Soothing and refreshing at the same time

one of my favourite oils. I use it to relieve tension, to create a pleasant atmosphere, or in eczema creams

Outstanding

Very nice, I would say such a citrus scent. It must not be missing in the "must-have". I also use diluted with coconut oil on my skin when I'm in a bad mood.

  • About essentail oil

Melissa essential oil, also known as lemon balm essential oil, is extracted from the leaves and flowers of the Melissa officinalis plant. It possesses a delicate and citrusy aroma with hints of sweetness and herbaceous notes.

Obtained through steam distillation, melissa essential oil captures its potential therapeutic properties. Its main bioactive compound, citronellal, contributes to its characteristic scent and potential health benefits.

The oil is prized for its potential calming effects on the mind and body. Its gentle and uplifting aroma can help reduce stress, anxiety, and promote relaxation.

Melissa essential oil is sometimes used in aromatherapy to support emotional well-being and inner harmony. Its calming qualities make it a popular choice for diffuser blends.

The oil may have potential skincare benefits due to its potential anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. It can be diluted and used in skincare formulations to promote a healthy complexion.
